Return policy

Lene Marie offer 14 days of full return on any of her standard jewellery. Bespoke or custom made jewellery made upon request can not be returned. The return policy is according to the Danish Consumer Agreement Act § 17.

The returned product must be in the same condition as you received it. If the product is damaged or used the product cannot be refunded.

If you wish to return your purchase please send an e-mail to lene@lenemarie.dk named "Return" and include your name, contact information and, if possible, provide a tracking number.

Upon return the customer is responsible for the delivery cost.

It is suggested that you send the items as a package and that you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

When the returned product is received, Lene Marie will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, Lene Marie will need your bank information to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to include this in the e-mail you send upon a return.

International Return

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. Lene Marie is not responsible for any return customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.


Want to switch to another product or another size of the same product?

Send an e-mail to lene@lenemarie.dk named "Exchange" and provide your customer information, that you will send back the product and the product and size you wish to receive in exchange.

Transport Damage

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to Lene Marie.

Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Lene Marie reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies administrative costs.


According to the Danish law you have a 24 month warranty on all purchased products.

Be aware that normal wear and tear as well as a lack of maintenance is not covered by the warranty. If you discover a defect in a purchased item, you must as soon as possible and within a reasonable time, contact Lene Marie and explain the default or defect. Lene Marie will then deal with your complain. If the item is defect, Lene Marie will seek to remedy this by repair or alternatively make a replacement.

Reservations and disclaims

Lene Marie takes reservations for tax changes, price and writing errors, technical errors, sold-out products or force majeure, including delays in deliveries by sub-contractors.
